A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Ours started over fifteen years ago with data management. From the get-go, we recognized one thing – for any organization, managing data is crucial to delivering meaningful business outcomes. We never took that job lightly!

Meet the Team
Ahmed Ullah
Founder and CEO
Ahmed is a serial entrepreneur with a strong track record of building and growing companies in the IT market segment. After a successful career at Silicon Valley’s top companies, architecting large enterprise applications in the Database and ERP space with a focus on performance tuning, he started his first company, XoraSoft Inc. in 2006.
XoraSoft offers a comprehensive portfolio of managed services on the cloud, and currently enables more than a dozen client companies in multiple market verticals. XoraSoft is the first U.S. company to enter into a business partnership with Germany’s top company. in the IoT space in North America.
In 2010, Ahmed co-founded his second company, Avior Inc, targeting enterprise-wide Single Sign-on solutions for Oracle ERP and other SAML based applications.
Ahmed graduated with MS degree in Computer Sciences from Aligarh Muslim University, where he received Gold medals honors for academic excellence.
Ramana Rao
Advisory Board Member
Ramana has spent over 20 years architecting, designing and delivering System-on-Chip ASICs with embedded CPUs and high speed analog interfaces, primarily in the video processing and networking market segments. Prior to his career in the semiconductor industry in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ramana was a postdoctoral research associate at the Los Alamos National Laboratories in Los Alamos, New Mexico, where he conducted research in image processing and developed algorithms for image understanding. He holds multiple patents and has published his research in academic journals.
Ramana holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Chennai, India, as well as M.S. & Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.
Neeraj Mendiratta
Advisory Board Member
Neeraj has extensive experience in managing multiple businesses. He is a serial entrepreneur with multiple startups that are serving the Collections and Default industry. He is an investor in several other businesses within industry as well as ranging from education, music, online content sharing, an India startup fund.
Previously he has worked for top industry leaders as a business leader and donned various hats in his early career. In his various roles, Neeraj has developed complex models and analysis, optimized risk and operation strategies, and managed internal and vendor operations
Neeraj holds B. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (India) and Ph.D., Material Engineering & Science, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, USA.
